It is the sole responsibility of the customer and the consumer to ensure the products are appropriately used.
Please contact Welcome World if you are unsure as to which tea to purchase.
Ownership of the goods remains with Welcome World Herbal Teas until sales costs are paid in full.
Returns
Please keep your receipt and the goods unopened. We do not exchange opened bags of tea. You can return the product up to 7 days after the date that you received the goods. You may exchange or have a credit note. We do not give cash returns.
Faulty goods
If the tea order is incorrect or found to be damaged we will refund full price or replace straight away. Please contact within 2 days of receiving the goods.
Despatch
We will send orders out to you using Royal Mail First Class. Delivery costs are shown below. We will endeavour to send all orders out within 24 hours of receiving order.

Events
All deposits are non refundable, although they can be transferred to other courses if needed.
